The offer and sale of the products available on the website www.royalrider.it are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale described below, which form an integral part of the purchase agreement for any product. By submitting an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Such amendments shall apply exclusively to purchase orders submitted after the date on which the amendments come into effect.
1. PURCHASE
Products can be purchased from the website www.royalrider.it 24 hours a day.
By clicking the "Submit Order" button, the customer places an order with Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl. For all purposes, the order shall be considered a contractual proposal made by the customer, which Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl will promptly confirm by sending an email to the email address provided by the customer.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices of the products published on www.royalrider.it include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties or charges that may apply in the destination country, where this is different from Italy. Such costs shall be borne by the customer.
Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered and sold on Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl at any time. However, any changes shall not apply to customers who have already submitted their orders.
As part of the order submission process, Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl offers various payment methods: payment by credit card or through the secure PayPal system. The customer must select the preferred payment method from those available.
3. SHIPPING
The shipping cost is €10.00 for orders under €99.99 within Italy.
The shipping cost is €20.00 for orders under €199.99 to foreign countries.

The available shipping methods are displayed during the purchasing process, as they vary according to the type of product, availability, weight and size of the item.
Packaging of the ordered goods is free of charge. Bulky goods will be placed on pallets and secured using special methods. All products are shipped in their original packaging, when provided by the manufacturer. They are often placed inside a second box with additional shock-absorbing padding, such as bubble wrap.
Products weighing more than 80 kg are shipped using vehicles equipped with a hydraulic tail lift for unloading. This service is available only when the shipping address is accessible to medium-sized or large vehicles.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We offer a returns service if the product you ordered is not to your satisfaction or is the wrong size.
The return will not be accepted if the product has been used. Royal Rider will inspect the product to ensure that it has not been used. If the product has been used, washed, stained, soiled or otherwise altered, the return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, who may choose the preferred postal or courier service. At present, we are unable to offer a free or prepaid returns service or collection at our expense. To return a product, you must follow the instructions provided on the "Returns Form" included inside the package or complete the return request form available on the website. The form must be completed in full and placed inside the package. We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to issue a refund if the information provided is incorrect. Returns sent to our warehouse will be inspected as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe within which returns will be inspected, but our staff will process them within a few days.
All returned products must be perfectly intact, unused and free from any signs of wear, damage, dirt or stains. Products received in unsuitable condition will be sent back to the customer, with shipping costs charged to the customer.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or losses occurring during the return shipment. In the event of problems with the shipment of your return, you must contact the postal or courier service used for shipping.

Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl shall not be held responsible if the return is sent to an incorrect address or to an address not provided by us. We can issue a refund and provide assistance only for returns containing our fully completed returns form inside the package.
Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl will provide you with a voucher, redeemable on the website within one month, for an amount equal to the value of your order. The voucher will cover the cost of the product only and will exclude any shipping costs charged at the time of purchase.
5. DISCOUNT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS
Royal Rider Stirrups Italy by DG Plast srl frequently offers discount codes or promotional products. Products on promotion will already display the discounted price, and no additional discount code will be required. Products may remain on promotion for varying periods of time and may return to their full price without prior notice.
Discount codes are offered during specific periods and on specific dates. Each discount code is subject to its own validity period and may only be used within the specified timeframe. Once a promotional code has expired, it can no longer be used.
A discount code cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
