LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

In the respect of the law regulating RR Royal Rider Italy - D.G. PLAST’s liability, RR Royal Rider Italy - D.G. PLAST shall be liable for gross faults only.

The Distributor or/and Reseller is solely responsible for his stock of the Products and any returns from customers shall be for his account only, unless the return is resulted by production defects that cannot be repaired.

In this latter case, the Products shall be notified to RR Royal Rider Italy - D.G. Plast without delay and according to the provisions of the Italian Consumer’s Code, together with pictures of the alleged defects and a description of it. Any late notice of Defects is ineffective.

RR Royal Rider Italy - D.G. PLast, at its sole discretion and in relation to the condition and type of goods, can replace flawed goods; grant discounts on future supplies; issue letters/notes of credit and arrange collection of the goods.

According to the Italian Consumer’s Code, the duration of the Defects Warranty is two (2) years for the Consumers and one (1) year for the Buyers, both commencing on the date of delivery of the Products indicated on the delivery note/invoice/tax receipt/sales receipt etc .
